Each grind and shape has different qualities in terms of taste enhancement, experience and connecting food ingredients.

Extra fine grinds, for example, are for a more delicate taste enhancement and work best in cooking food ingredients because of their solubility. The dosage of salt also comes precise, if you want to bring out the finest taste: each grind has its specific dosing.

Therefore NEZO offers packaging that is tailored for optimal appliance. And it is also our mission to offer everyone the richness of salt. This includes those who are restricted in their salt intake for dietary reasons, as well as those who want to add iodine to their diet.
